Quit putting off getting treatment for your shoulder pain
If someone is suffering from severe pain in the shoulder joint, they will often get it checked quickly because of the fear it may be a shoulder dislocation or another serious issue. However, when the chronic pain isn't intense, you may just write it off and let it go unchecked. This may lead to the condition and pain becoming worse over time. Some symptoms of shoulder pain to look for include:
- Loss of range of motion in the shoulder joint
- Stiffness accompanied by pain in the shoulder (frozen shoulder)
- Sharp or dull pain in the shoulder muscles
- Pain radiating into the arm from the shoulder
